What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, optional organisation and message you enter. A hidden field is used only to discourage automated spam. Server logs may record technical request data such as time and IP address, as is ordinary for any hosted site.
How it is used
Enquiry details are used to reply. They are not published. If a mail webhook is later connected, the same purpose applies: delivery of the message to NextTech, not marketing automation.
Retention
Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if required, to keep a business record of the conversation. Exact retention periods will follow the confirmed legal entity’s policy.
